I believe in being strong when everything seems to be going wrong. I believe that happy girls are the prettiest girls. I believe that tomorrow is another day, and I believe in miracles.

Had a really hard day today, but I’m glad and proud of myself for pulling through and taking further steps in my life. I will not let anything wipe off my smile. This quote keeps me going:I promise to forgive the mistakes I have made because I can not change them. I promise to love the person that made it through those mistakes because that is who I am now. I promise to see the world as what it can be for me instead of what it is against me. I promise to appreciate the new day and be thankful for the night. To find wonder in the stars and hope in my dreams. To be grateful for what I have today so I can begin to be who I am meant to be. Today and each day forward I will love and respect myself.” — Cheryl Nordyke
And so does this song, it truly makes me cry every single time I listen to it because it is the story of my soul. It’s one of those songs I will always look back on, and always did since I hit the age of reason, 14, and it will always reassure me that someone else out there understands the struggle I go through.http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_eWDZqc7lCc&ob=av2e

Everyone, at some point in their lives, wakes up in the middle of the night with the feeling that they are all alone in the world, and that nobody loves them now and that nobody will ever love them, and that they will never have a decent night’s sleep again and will spend their lives wandering blearily around a loveless landscape, hoping desperately that their circumstances will improve, but suspecting, in their heart of hearts, that they will remain unloved forever. The best thing to do in these circumstances is to wake somebody else up, so that they can feel this way, too.
